The Campbell County Cooperative Extension Service is accepting bids for the installation of a digital sign at the Campbell County Extension Agriculture Complex. Bids should be submitted in-person in a sealed envelope to the Campbell County Extension Office, 3500 Alexandria Pike, Highland Heights, KY 41076 by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025. Mailed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at the Campbell County Extension Office. The final award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid which offers the best value. A resident bidder of the Commonwealth of Kentucky will be given preference against any nonresident bidders. The Campbell County Cooperative Extension Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Cooperative Extension Service and University of Kentucky may be served.
